You can enter commands within SAS software by using one
of three methods:

selecting from menus

using function keys
-
typing the commands at the
Command
===> prompt or in the ToolBox command window.

SAS OnlineTutor lessons use menus for all examples where
you enter commands. To complete practices, make sure that menus are turned
on in your SAS windows. |
Typing commands at the Command
===> prompt or in the ToolBox command window is
not discussed in SAS OnlineTutor. Contact the SAS Support Consultant at your
site for further information about using commands with SAS software.
Turning On Menus
If your SAS windows do not display menus, type pmenu on at
the Command ===> prompt or
in the ToolBox command window. Then press ENTER. Menus are turned on in all
SAS windows. |
